Deadlines are the singular focus, at the expense of employee morale and trust. Product and Engineering leadership unabashedly speak out both sides of their mouths, promising reduced work hours AND higher quality, but continually make decisions to the contrary. The organization as a whole has desensitized itself to delivering a poorly executed product.
