Pros

Creekside promotes from within so almost all of the leadership staff have started in lower level positions. Most employees get along with each other.

Cons

Inpatient nurses have negative attitudes. Pay is not comparable to area. Corporate dictates too much.

Pros

Great pay , flexible schedule , night shift staff

Cons

Day shift is chaotic , day shift nursing staff are usually in terrible moods when they walk in the door , lack of staffing , no security despite clients being high acuity , no room for growth , favoritism , profit often takes priority of staff and patient safety . Micromanagement along with too many chiefs and not enough Indians .
