Great Place to Work

Pros

Very communal feel and a growing team, empowered by the recent acquisition of digital marketing agency, Mod Op.

Cons

More structure would help further the company’s development but they are regularly introducing new protocols and processes to deliver here.

Pros

Great place to learn, grow and become a better PR person. Small staff so you get to touch a lot of projects. Flexible work schedule, if needed. Strong work-life balance. Execs dissuade against late hours, etc. Great company culture. Team members genuinely like each other. Candid environment helps you get better.

Cons

Can benefit from more structured hiring process. A bit of bottlenecking occurs at the top with some projects.

Great Small Agency

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Excellent small/boutique agency for PR pros, particularly B2B-focused PR pros. Perks include: - Every other Friday work from home - No rigid vacation or sick day schedule (your supervisors are all flexible and you can pick your time off as long as you don't go crazy) - Relaxed work environment - Beer and food every Thursday (in office or at a local eatery, bar, etc.) - Strong colleagues who are fun and fit the "chill" culture

Cons

Bootstrapped in terms of amenities. But doesn't impact budget for talent.
