There is a climbing wall you can look at, but not use.

Cons

Poor systems, poor management, terrible product evidence. Management fail to accept their real situation but still pretend that this place is doing anything other than heading for bankruptcy.

Pros

The people are the best part of the company, everyone is kind and supportive. The products are doing good work and it is rewarding to see that you are actually contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Cons

The company culture is shifting. Employee satisfaction is decreasing. Motivation is draining and the prospects for career development are limited. The promises I was sold on joining the company were not honoured.
