Caring team, but limited advancement and broken verbal promises

The people on the team care more about you than the job, if you need to take a day to take care of your family it is usually okay.

Cons

No respect for loyalty from upper management Hard to advance - positions are more full than needed, so no space to move up Promises made during my hiring were not kept

No loyalty or advancement after several years of employment, low pay, no typical construction benefit pay. Not good for moms with young children.

Great work life balance, training and my managers were very knowledgeable and understanding.

I did not have many cons other than I wish the healthcare could’ve been a little better.
