You don’t want to work here!

Pros

Some of the people were great, especially the employees from acquired firms.

Cons

Too many cons to list. Terrible management, extremely disorganized, finger pointing, unprofessional and disrespectful leaders, everything and I mean everything is an urgent fire drill so you’ll never know what’s a priority, your manager may deny your “unlimited” PTO whenever they are going to be out of office, you’ll get emails and phone calls/texts at all times of day including on the weekends, and those that respond and work 24/7 get praise over those that aren’t willing to. Definitely do not recommend working here as they will also mislead you in the hiring process just to get you in the door and then completely change your job description on you after start date.

Chaotic, mismanaged leadership

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

The majority of the employees from acquired firms or support roles are all truly good people; smart, driven and ethically focused. The staff does its best to accomplish their jobs given the resources given.

Cons

Chaotic and mismanaged. Lack of formal structures and accountability. Decisions are made by a rare few. No budget transparency and overspending in marketing to build up the reputation while not paying attention to the details needed to run the business. Services are not aligned with clients, marketing is promising services that are not broadly availble or touts one or two people managing a function as a service offering. It's not.
