Pros

I've been thinking long and hard about the "Pro's" into working at this company and the only pro that comes to mind are the people that work there. All mid level employees are fantastic, talented people, who will go out of their way to help if you need it. Other than the employees who keep the gears moving, there is nothing else positive about this company.

Cons

This company (CEO, Upper Management, etc) is by far the most unstable, self-righteous group of individuals I have ever met. Crest has recently gone through a mass layoff in all departments (November 2016)...this doesnt just affect phone center personnel, this affects team leads and mid managers, developers, etc as well. So if you are applying for a job, understand that you are being hired because of a mass layoff and they will not hesitate to do it again. Here are some major things for you to consider: - You will not receive any on the job training (besides the mandatory sexual harassment training which obviously nobody follows) - You will pay for more than half of the insurance premiums (which is really bad. You should only pay less than 40%) - You will be asked to do outrages tasks in an unrealistic time-frame - The software is completely broken and unusable - You do not matter - Yes, they are #1 on fastest growing companies..(you can find this on Google and their site) This is because they hire a mass amount of people and then fire them. I've been told this isnt the first time. I know this is a long list and is a bit harsh, but it is the truth. If you work for Crest Financial, plan on being there for a short period of time before you start looking for another position or you get laid off. Stay away from this company.

Fundamentally broken...

Pros

New building, one or two good eggs but that's about it.

Cons

Unfortunately my review echoes the others. Promosing business model with A LOT of potential. Senior/Executive management is sowing their wild oats...at the expense of others. Sexual harassment, on the job drinking, public disciple, and flamboyant management parties are common place. Performance metrics are erratic, terminations spontaneous, and work conditions are dismal.

Pros

Good people in general that work there, but also blind to how screwed up things really are there. It's cute to be gullible and believe the lies but you need to open your eyes see the real picture.

Cons

Extremely unstable!!! In two years VPs, Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Team Leads all have been fired after the most time anyone got was two years working at Crest most of those people had one year or less people who worked hard earned those positions and were canned when someone had a bad day and had to put blame somewhere..... HUGE red flag! Executive team should look at themselves... And anyone looking to work here, go up the street to progressive better chances of longevity. If you still are there get out while you can! If you like being harassed, two faced management, with no future or security this is the place for you!
