Pros
The friendly people who work there. Great benefits are offered after the 90-day mark. If you don't really need the money this is a great place to work. The owners are very nice and direct. Family-oriented, they celebrate your birthday and holidays.
Cons
They should condition employees and management about how to treat people. You are treated differently when it comes to your race or age. When you are new it seems like a form of hazing, so the turnover rate is high. Not everyone wants to train you, it is difficult getting a raise.

Pros
I had perfect distance from like three minutes away from my house. And I wish I could have that again.
Cons
Downside it was we were short on staff because of Covid. And the staff where back up on work done.
