Burnout as a badge of honor 🚩 – Overworking is glorified, rest is frowned upon. Where are the women? 🚩 – Leadership must think representation is optional, because female leaders are harder to find here than a healthy work-life balance. Spotlight addiction 🚩 – Every win becomes a photo op, but when things go wrong, the lights mysteriously go out. Micromanagement mania 🚩 – Why hire talent when leadership clearly knows how to do everyone’s job better than they do?

However, the pace often felt chaotic, with unclear priorities and overlapping projects. One of the biggest challenges was the lack of work-life balance. Employees frequently worked long hours, often late into the evening or over weekends. This was the norm, and there was little emphasis on maintaining a healthy balance between personal and professional life.

Strong longer-term vision, lots of very talented people, great investors

Cons

Lack of transparency and accountability. Major deflection of conflict. Issues with ethics at times. Somewhat toxic environment. Dysfunction/disorganization, poor communication, and very challenging to align necessary resources to get job done.
