Low pay, no advancement, unsafe work environment, favoritism, nepotism. You will be harassed if your an natural citizen. If you are on-time, never late, never sick it does not matter to management. Hard work is not rewarded at all.

Where do I begin? First of all management is atrocious. They will throw you under the bus faster than you can blink. One minute you think they are there willing to help, the next they are turning on you. I have never met more unprofessional individuals. They are fake and two faced. Second of all, they need more installers. The company lies and tells everyone they have unlimited amount of installers. This is untrue. Third, there is no proper training. They basically throw you to the wolves. Fourth, no one does their job correctly. And they don't do anything to fix it. Fifth, they cry over us being 10 minutes late but they can't manage their office to run properly. Sixth, the benefits are horrible!! I can go on and on. All I can say is STAY AWAY!!! The stress is not worth it!!!!
