If you are a fresher who is new to industry i think this is best company where you can learn so much, Please don't expect spoon-feeding 2. they will send you to client projects, where you will be exposed to bigger projects 3. Leave Policy: One of the best. i never saw leaves being denied to someone 4. Exposure to various kinds of projects that include many domains and b2b,b2c and saas 5. You will have direct interaction with clients, where you will gain confidence and improve your communication. 6. No delay in salaries.
