Nice and friendly coworkers. Young and casual work environment.
Cons
Very low compensation, very incompetent management. Company vision is largely unclear and path to achieve the vision is even more unclear. There is a meeting fetish in the company because most of the directors are too incompetent to take a decision so they just constantly want to have meetings and confirm their opinions. Very slow moving production.
