      Lack of leadership. Senior management doesn't listen to employees. Chaotic environment. Company lacks communication.

      I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. We regularly send out anonymous employee questionnaires to gather input and invite people to join forums with the leadership team to share their views. We also have our annual company day and regular Skype calls to update everyone on the direction of the company.
