      Pros

      They buy nibbles and drinks for you to have in the office

      Cons

      - Lack of HR - No direction - No Training - very high turnover (7 left/made redundant in a short space of time) - Lack of empathy towards staff and treat staff poorly - extreamly un-profesional - poor pay (they take on young people so they can pay less)
