I’m glad to hear you found connection with your coworkers and valued the diversity of the team. That’s something we care deeply about. I’m truly sorry that your experience with management felt disconnected and overly focused on numbers. This work is deeply human, and our staff should feel supported and seen not just measured. Your feedback is a meaningful reminder of that. I do want to acknowledge that the pressure around call volume and metrics is real across all levels of the organization, including leadership. We’re accountable to our contracts, and if we consistently fall short, we risk losing funding and our ability to provide these services. That said, how we communicate and carry that pressure matters—and we clearly have work to do there. We also recognize the need to continue developing our leaders. We’ve recently expanded our investment in this area, including building out a dedicated Learning & Development function to better support managers in leading with empathy and clarity in a high-intensity environment. Thank you again for the honest feedback, it helps us keep improving.

I’m glad to hear that training felt like an open feedback environment. Creating space for learning and dialogue is something we care deeply about, and it’s good to know that came through. We also understand the challenges with scheduling, especially when balancing school. Because of the nature of this work, we do need consistent coverage, which can limit flexibility more than we would like. That said, we know this is an important concern and we are continuing to look at how we can better support staff with varying needs.
