Pros

Great clients and most of your colleagues are nice. Good stepping stone company - has potential to improve.

Cons

Very toxic senior leadership in the Cape Town office, the HR team especially. Leadership seems too scared to handle toxic members of the company. Very poor salary progression, salaries are blanket increase to inflation and don't take performance into account, and career progression amongst most teams is also quite poor. Middle managers are generally good but have limited powers and are often overworked too. They want you to work and keep doing more without rewarding you.

Pros

A desk job that is not hard to perform.

Cons

Bad Managers, No communication. Your role encompasses the roles of other departments because they can not find people who can work those departments. Essentially, the job could be streamlined to be much more efficient, but there is no leadership.
