      Pros

      Best run company I’ve ever worked for. Smart, hardworking team. Opportunities to learn skills that you would never get at a larger company. ET work harder than the employees.

      Cons

      Employee benefits such as PTO are conservative. No hand holding so if you require a lot of guidance it might not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Great opportunity. I feel that my work is important to patients and to the team I work with. Learning and new experiences abound.

      Cons

      The office park has two vacant buildings and although our building is occupied, it sometimes feels empty.

      The company's patient focus is laudable. The work environment is close-knit team of smart, creative people, and the excitement surrounding the company's growth is palpable.
