      Pros

      They give you PLENTY of opportunities to learn how to use almost everything in the building if you want to. It feels like a little family.

      Cons

      If you fight to get promoted in there, your spot could be taken away from you by a person that doesn't even want it or care about the quality of their work....unless the rules have changed now.
