My experience until now has been good. Projects are interesting. Leaders are supportive. Have led many challenging projects and mentored junior analysts. What I can say is that we work in a systematic and quality-driven format. Besides, company allocates a good budget for tools and resources.

Cons

Have to meet all client demands and deadlines. So, the job becomes more stressful than enjoyable.
