      Work alot of overtime equals money

      Very unorganized, lack of communication, and poor management. When I first got hired the pay wasn't really explained they say that it 41000 guranteed but was making 13 hr (still wasn't explained) Foreman can disrespect there (helper) and there's no proper channel to help resolve the issue . You have to drive to each job daily whether it 10m to 1 hr or longer. If you have a family and like to be around them not a good job.

      Pros

      You can work endless hours if that is what you seek, but don't expect great pay if you don't. Great people to work with and a lot to learn. Travel/per diem/see the country/good support

      Cons

      Scheduling of jobs is pretty disorganized, have to fight for a raise better than a couple of mere pennies per hour. they make you sign a non compete which is insane. depending on your career choice here it can be difficult to become a foreman. Certain operations contacts can be a real pain and really do not comprehend what it takes to do certain tasks.

      Flexible schedule & that's it.

      Cons

      Very, very low pay. This was brought up a few times with management and their response was "it is what it is." They will not offer you industry average, or come close to it. Incompetent managers. Long hours & little recognition for it. Management will not stick up for you. Most employees have been there for 20+ years, so there are very few young professionals
