The Glasgow office is telesales and to be honest the manager is bonkers! if you want a job for 3 weeks max this is the place for you! if you want to be shouted at like you're a petulant child this is the place for you! if your quite happy being threatened with your job multiple times a day this is for you! If your quite happy to have a manager talk about you to other staff members then this defo is the job for you! If you don't fancy a job for any more than a month then again yup! this is the place for you!
I worked here for no more than 3 weeks and I have seen a turn over of 10 staff either by choice or not, this job states you will get a bonus within 3 months if you last 3 months then I salute you, As the manager will either fire you or you will leave by choice like me, you get told multiple times a day you are worthless, you will be fired, you can be fired at any given time , you can be replaced easily, all the while the person telling you this knows fine well you have bills family ect.. and seems to take great delight in telling you this, for a company that value themselves on HR Consultancy this place is a joke! please do yourself a favor and apply to another company and save yourself the stress and energy along with the 3 weeks to the month you last.
