Pros

my team was full of amazing people and learned a lot from some team members

Cons

pretty much everything, extremely micromanaging company, zero flexibility, zero career growth, also I still have friends in the company that have been working there for years and never got a raised. I advise to only accept a job offer at this place if you are desperate

None dreadful place to work it’s like slave labour

Cons

During the recruitment process, I was sold an unrealistic vision of earning thousands of pounds, which did not reflect the reality of the role. The pay is minimum wage and does not match the level of pressure, workload, or expectations placed on employees. The workplace culture is extremely uncomfortable. Some colleagues behaved in an unprofessional manner, including interfering with leads and creating a hostile, cliquey atmosphere. This made it difficult to feel supported or valued. Management was highly micromanaging and often passive-aggressive in their communication style. Certain managers would single people out in meetings and speak down to staff rather than providing constructive support. There was a clear lack of fairness and professionalism in how some employees were treated. There was constant pressure to be on the phone with little flexibility, and even small things like being a minute late were treated disproportionately. The overall environment felt very high-pressure with little recognition or reward for the effort employees put in.

Pros

Worked alongside some really great people.

Cons

- Lack of benefits - Little benefits provided were slashed quarterly - Management lacked care of staff - Little to no room to grow and management made it practically impossible to be promoted - Poor running of business - Staff not listened to and feedback was met with hostility from management - Management very delusional to the reality of the working environment - ZERO tolerance for work flexibility/wfh, leading to poor work life balance
