      Pros

      - Exposure to working on multiple mobile apps (Flutter + Android) from scratch to release - Opportunities to learn new technologies - Supportive team culture — colleagues are approachable and helpful - Good place for taking ownership and working independently - Easy to apply for Work from home (currently, no idea about the future) - Only 5-day working, no even-odd weekend drama.

      Cons

      - Salary hikes and increments can be inconsistent and lower compared to industry standards - Limited recognition for individual contributions at times - Leave are available but, can't apply for more then 2-3 in a month.
