They were constantly trying to make up for their decefit. Let go of locations and employees without warning and care for whats to come. All about upper management.

Upper management has no idea what they’re doing, are out of touch with where KPIs should be. No real training to speak of outside of OSHA stuff. Extreme nepotism in the upper circles. Getting rid of regional employees to replace with “national” roles for their friends
