Pros

Nothing nice is happening here

Cons

Working here has been extremely disappointing. In just the past few weeks, I've seen more colleagues break down in tears and have panic attacks than I have in my entire life. People come to work hoping to build a career and make a living, but instead, they are often treated with disrespect. Management can be quite hypocritical. They might act nice, but their true colors show through their actions. They are often harsh and unreasonable. This used to be a great company with excellent leaders and a reputation for employee longevity. Now, employees are either fired or pushed aside until they feel they have no choice but to leave. Even minor infractions can lead to accusations of insubordination, and long-term employees are being let go in a very disrespectful manner. The executive team does not set a good example. They might pretend to care about employees, only to let them go shortly after, or they may completely ignore employee concerns. Bullying is a significant issue here. If the manager doesn’t like you, it doesn’t matter how capable or qualified you are; you won't receive any acknowledgment, even in critical situations. The atmosphere is incredibly toxic, and there is very little support for employees. If you're considering working here, please think carefully. Your mental health and well-being are very important, and this environment can be very stressful and challenging.

Pros

There are absolutely no Pros. Do not work for this company.

Cons

Work experience at Cross-Fire & Security Co., Inc. has been nothing short of disappointing. The workplace culture and moral has deteriorated rapidly after changes in leadership, creating a toxic and hostile work environment that has affected the morale and well being of employees that are not favored by leadership. I have witnessed unprofessional behavior from all levels of management, including favoritism, discriminatory remarks, and a lack of respect for employees' contributions. Meetings often devolve into sessions of public humiliation and intimidation, making it clear that opinions are unwelcome. Employees complains are being ignored or dismissed. The company's HR department proved in many cases ineffective in addressing concerns, leaving employees feeling unprotected and unheard. Employees have no trust in the HR department or leadership. Policies are inconsistently enforced, leading to a constant sense of unfair treatment. Overall, Cross-Fire & Security Co., Inc. fails to uphold basic standards of professionalism and respect for its employees. The toxic atmosphere fostered by management has undoubtedly impacted the well-being and job satisfaction of its workforce.

Pros

Great people, work-life balance, mission, benefits, and potential for career opportunities

Cons

Poorly defined company hierarchy, remote location, mediocre pay, and the new ERP system is clunky with little to no training during or after implementation.
