      Nothing no compassion from any level

      Cons

      Management haven't got a clue, allowing teams to moan constantly all day every day. Directors asking their team to lie to cover there own inadequacies. Stuck in the dark ages, don't want to move forward with the times. Everyone seems petrified of the CEO

      Working with operational teams through toxic and emotional roller coasters

      Cons

      Lies to the regulator, fixing data, staff turnover, no advertising of promotion roles and instead gifted to favourites, the most toxic culture and fear led environment ever witnessed where decision are made to suit snr management only. The money wasted is extortionate and the lack of support is quite unbelievable. You need to see and hear it for just 1 week and you will quickly realise why the average score is a 2.....
