      Its better than sitting home

      Very inconsistent schedule. 3 day weeks any time if the year. Three drivers at most at a time. One is laid off every year at different times

      Pros

      Good dispatch and equipment. Nice uniform clothing that you can pay for yourself.

      Cons

      Overtime paid after 50 hours, not 40. Pray to God you don't get diagnosed with a unavoidable disease. They will fire you for it. Corporate couldn't care less. The freight is most important. Much better driving opportunities out there.
