Pros

Great environnement to learn and develop at the crossroads of the B2B tech business and digital learning area. The offices are full of young and great people doing their best. and taking initiatives. The company was brought by a big american old-fashioned business. ON the bright side, thaty means that the company is growing fast thanks to their investments and the internationalization opportunities. Backedup with a great economic rent that sustain growth, it's always more easy to work with serenity.

Cons

The company was brought by a big american old-fashioned business mean also that they are slowly killing what made this company storng with no identified decision makers, no HR, no technological leadership and strategies have been replaced by selling tactics... Everything is made for sales and by sales from the start. That was a strengh in the past but is leading to uncontrolled maladjustments like promotions for people who know how to sell themselves instead of working, huge salary gaps between the sales and the others, lack of focus on the quality of the products etc... The strong focus on values, selfcongratulations and the good sales results are hiding a decay of the identity and the long term strengh of the company.

Pros

Busy company with good insight on the digital market and innovation. Big clients Still a reference in the field... but for how long?

Cons

The Sales are the supreme kings/queens and only financial matters are important. So, If you are in any other team, you are less paid, respected and listened to. People with the wrong mindset (not very competent but who do a lot of self-publicity, even if it means lying and stepping over colleagues) are promoted No social benefits at all, bad private/profesional life balance, many burnouts, opaque communication, politics at all level create a bad working atmosphere Not so innovative anymore, all the other market players have catched up and overcomed the products

Pros

Overall great company culture and lots of perks. Really great people and actually a great suite of products that you can stand behind when speaking to current and prospective clients.

Cons

Salary much lower than that of equivalent positions in the area. Tendency to undervalue talent and no real growth opportunities. Direction of organization often unclear.
