Pros

You'll make decent relationships with the other employees based on your mutual agreement that you're all miserable and think that those in upper management don't know what they're doing

Cons

There is a male in the office that sexually harasses some of the women, and even almost got the company stuck with a lawsuit for harassment, but they refuse to reprimand him or fire him. If you speak up about something you feel can be improved, you will be shut down and treated like you're dumb, and then eventually you will get let you go because they don't like when their employees try to give actual feedback. I saw this happen to 5 different people in 2016 alone. They also will try to get you to do more than what was discussed when you were hired, but they will refuse to compensate you for it, and then this will cause unnecessary tension which will in turn force you into a deep depression that will make you want to kill yourself whenever the boss decides to show up in the office. The male sales director is also has a huge ego and will ignore you when you even say so much as "Good Morning," but will act friendly when he needs you to buy something for him. He also hires pointless people because he doesn't actually do his job.

Pros

- Slightly higher-than-average starting salary for fresh graduates. - The Egypt team and the Egyptian CFO were incredibly supportive, professional, and friendly, one of the best teams I’ve worked with, and the main reason the experience was bearable.

Cons

- Salaries are very low long-term, with no raises. - The company hires mostly fresh graduates, offers a slightly attractive starting salary, then provides no real development, leaving people stuck, because they don’t gain market value and can’t find similar pay elsewhere at their experience level. - Work experience gained here is not well recognized in the market, making it difficult to transition to better opportunities. - Managers are inexperienced, promoted mostly based on tenure, and often unprofessional or disrespectful. - Company policies are inconsistent and don’t align with labor law; job security is weak, and termination can happen at any time. - Management discourages initiative but then criticizes employees for “not taking initiative.” - No real opportunities to learn or grow, and hard work goes unnoticed unless you constantly self-promote. - Clear favoritism and gender bias in hiring and promotions. - Leadership often crosses professional boundaries with employees, creating an uncomfortable environment. Personal information can be misused against staff. - Overall toxic culture and discrimination from leadership.
