Heed the warnings...

Pros

Recognition and acknowledgement for areas of improvement internally.

Cons

Contractors... They screw things up. I have never witnessed such horrible client partner relationships until seeing contractors work. Clients pay a lot of money to get shoddy work. Resourcing... Do not even get me started. People getting staffed and put into lead positions without any knowledge in the area. That could be typical but there is no help to get the individuals prepared. Due to high turnover, the company will just stick anyone into the roles so they can bill the client. Might not even be certified. That is wrong. Outsourcing... Company started hiring offshore resources. We all know it is for maximization of profits. Sales...? The disconnect between Sales and scoping is creating a massive downstream mess and a culture of constant reaction. Because we’re overpromising early on, we’ve fallen into a cycle of handing out change orders like candy.. it feels exactly like cops issuing tickets at the end of the month just to meet a quota. It’s an exhausting way for the team to work, and it forces us to penalize the client for gaps that should have been caught from the get go. Combine all of the above together, this is just going to trend red. The company will sell themselves as putting in the work to change, but it will take years before big improvements come. If people have warned you about CrossVue or you get that feeling based on the reviews, trust it. From what I have seen, two individuals in director or leadership role in people solutions sector are not fit to be in that position. If you come across them, your time at CrossVue will be miserable. They will make you want to quit due to their incompetencies. Many employees have either quit when crossing their path or they have gotten let go. You have been warned...

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We appreciate the time and detail behind your review, and responses like this are read carefully by our leadership team. Because you took the time to share a thoughtful perspective, we want to be equally thoughtful in highlighting some of the progress our people are driving across CrossVue. On resourcing and readiness: We have a dedicated L&D leader managing development across all regions. Our people continued to earn new Workday certifications over the past year while also expanding skills across other platforms, including Workato. We’re also investing in broader professional development through Prosci certification, Consulting Foundations, and initiatives like AI Week to build practical skills in AI and emerging product capabilities. On delivery excellence: We continue to refine how our sales and delivery teams collaborate — from engagement planning through governance — to help ensure projects are set up for success from day one. On retention and culture: Retention trends continue to strengthen. Following a company-wide Employee Engagement Survey, we identified leadership-owned action items and have completed or advanced the majority of them — including new feedback channels, career development initiatives, and recognition programs. Our CultureVue Council and monthly YourVue sessions also give employees a forum to raise concerns, share ideas, and recognize one another for impactful work. We know change takes time, and we recognize the challenges you’ve described. At the same time, we’re encouraged by the progress being made and proud of the people helping move this work forward every day. We are open to continuing this conversation at feedback@crossvue.com.
