Pros

Decent pension, head office trying to be more inclusive, internal & external training is available depending on your manager…

Cons

Many youth workers not trained in any best practice or evidence based practices, teams have very different experiences depending on managers, religious company and connotations means LGBT issues aren’t actively and openly represented, little accountability across many levels. People who’ve been there long or are pals with the managers get most opportunities.
