Diverse and developer-friendly culture with a strong focus on technology. A 100% distributed dev team. Projects range from Wordpress and Rails websites to real-time high-traffic applications in Elixir and React / React Native.

Cons

For some folks a 100% distributed/remote team could be a downside. Regular (but infrequent) meetings may require availability during an inconvenient time period across timezones.
