Overwork employees for too little pay. They promise more pay with certain classes taken but working 11-12+ hours six days per week doesn't allow time for taking those classes. They are very big in taking internal video classes on money laundering but then have unethical practices when it comes to financing customers. If they were caught with these practices, the finance managers would be the ones going to jail as their signatures are on the paperwork. Upper management of all Crossroads dealerships (specifically the owner's son who runs the business) is a crook who only cares about his fancy toys. He could careless about his employees.
