Great cause and important mission. I really enjoyed the busy and lively work environment, and I worked with some wonderful people.
Cons
There was a culture of micromanagement and a total lack of support for employees. I repeatedly asked for help on certain projects and had zero support.
The leadership has completely changed since I was there so the culture might have changed.
