Pros

Flexibility, PTO, colleagues, support from colleagues - not management

Cons

As of recent everything. There was a comment that cuts needed to be made, but the fact is that people are constantly in a state of panic and if they will have a job, staff continues to be overworked, and there are no incentives, or increases even projected to happen. Upper management is delusional at best about the "outlook" of the agency, and only seems to be worried about the bottom dollar since huge mistakes were made. They are not worried about solving the solution or taking cuts themselves, but rather cutting direct care professionals that actually bring profit in, not sitting in an office trying to figure out how to justify their decisions. If there wasn't four levels of management and supervisors then maybe there would actually be enough staff to see client's. I find it amusing at best that due to the negative reviews management is being encouraged to post positive reviews.

Pros

Find someplace else to work, this agency is unstable.

Cons

Senior management is terribly inept. Agency is in a deficit, there are not enough clients to sustain the current number of staff. The turnover is alarming, with providers leaving in massive waves. Two reductions in force in the last six months. There is no focus on the quality or continued client care. Senior Directors are disrespectful and are incompetent at their jobs.

Pros

Flexible Schedule No weekends Great/friendly secretaries front office

Cons

There is absolutely no leadership. The office culture is miserable and any sort of small pay raise is few and far between. The morale of the place is terrible, 85% of the employees hate their job. The management is a complete joke and I can't state that enough. They never practice what they preach and their expectations of you grow on a daily basis as far as paperwork, billable hours, trainings etc.
