As a Senior Consultant, you are treated as the expert. Clients really value your input, and you get to see the "big picture" of how different companies operate, which is invaluable for long-term career strategy.

Cons

You can sometimes feel like an outsider. Since you are "the consultant," you don't always get to see the long-term results of your work once the hand-off is complete.

Until a couple of years ago, 101 Ways was one of the best companies I worked for, thanks to its relentless focus on quality and people.

Cons

Since a new CEO took over, this company has lost its soul and began prioritising marketing over the solid engineering it was known for.
