Pros

So many great people, that they do not deserve to have. Office facilities are nice. Office managers are probably the only ones that actually care about its people.

Cons

A business that looks all shiny and exciting on the outside but is crumbling from the inside. Too much time and money spent on the image. Some teams are at breaking point while others are being left to do very little of value. Mismanagement of resources at the top pressures the operational teams to cut costs that helps them deliver work promised to clients. Only care about you if you’re selling your soul and love corporate BS. Hiring made up board senior roles instead of investing in people that do the actual work that retains clients. Spend a lot of time on culture to cover up the fact that everyone is miserable working there. Hiring a lot of senior talent for them to leave very quickly because they’ve seen the reality. Poor compensation versus industry. Making redundancies and then panicking that the work still needs to be delivered.

Pros

Some good colleagues. Nice office

Cons

The last sale event seemed to send the company into a spiral. What was once a friendly company that seemed to genuinely care about their employees has become cold and seems to have forgotten it's USP and the hard work everybody put in. Moral is very low, if you don't care for your employees they won't care about you. Loyalty is earned. The top level management needs to be looked at very closely. At the moment it's like watching a bad episode of the apprentice.

Pros

People that I worked with are so nice. Everyone is supportive, friendly, and great to work with.

Cons

The workload is honestly INSANE. Management does not seem to care about the day to day pressure on the team and just keeps squeezing people while cutting resources. It’s impossible to keep up and so many people have ended up completely burnt out or having mental breakdowns because of the stress... They made loads of redundancies and fired people without properly replacing them so everyone who stayed just keeps taking on more and more work. Then - when mistakes happen (which is inevitable with this workload...) they blame you for not doing your job properly instead of looking at the bigger issue..??? They’re going to lose more clients because the way they are handling accounts and client budgets just isn’t right.
