Pros
The NDA of Crouse is attention to details. Deep levels of hardware design are performed in Crouse. Any circuit is simulated with authorized tool such as OrCAD, ADS, . . . Any circuit is tested under various environments (EMC, Temperature-Voltage change). It is worthy to say that the PCB is simulated in EMC condition to make sure that it sis compliance with RI, CI, RE, CI tests. And even the product is tested in pre-compliance EMC test room. At the end, one of the big advantages of working in Crouse is to work with experienced people, who have goo view to the circuit.
