Don't join n no job security in CMI n MD will going blindly with team lead/QA manager politics. Very worst culture n till now 4 - 7 People's removed. HR n politics are too much.very worst n no think about family n they put u in road.

The team is too old n to save their team n they do politics n CEO also blindly going with what MD said n no job security n worst HR policies

The lack of appreciation for the contribution you give to the company. Minimal raises and not room for advancement. Even though management and upper management make it see like you are promotable. The will for sure hire outside before promoting within.
