Pros

Remote work and good healthcare.

Cons

feels like we spend an awful lot of time with calendars blocked off and quarterly all-hands that don’t seem to say much new. From where I’m sitting, it’s a bit hard to follow the overall direction beyond continued spending like the New York office, additional executive hires and people being offline . At the same time, colleagues seem to be leaving or being let go pretty regularly, which does raise some eyebrows. And if I’m being honest, the recent VIBE survey doesn’t quite line up with what many are actually experiencing day to day.

Cons

- new management (could be a pro too) - remote work can make you feel a bit detached if on site visits are not prioritized
