You can work at your own pace when you receive projects on A9 platforms (SRT accounts), but if it is a China project, there will be a shift schedule.
Cons
For SRT projects, you can work at your own pace, but the project can end without prior notice, or you can be removed immediately due to low accuracy. However, in China projects, you have a fixed schedule, but the contract is clearer—you will be notified of the project duration, receive training, and be informed about low accuracy to help you improve next time.
