The company was in good hands until it swapped the Director of Engineer, which followed by years of incompetent leadership, nepotism and poor technical decisions. The business might be shady. Company announced that there will be no layoffs because of an re-organisation and proceeded to layoffs a handful of employees, just slightly below the number which would classify it as a mass-layoff based on the Swiss employment law
