      Worst Culture after takeover

      Was a great place to work - emphasis on WAS

      Cons

      Taken over by a bunch of incompetent cowboys in 2015 - downhill ever since. All the experienced accountancy based senior managers replaced by has been insurance salesmen

      Pros

      Some people were great to work with. They weren't there for long though. The company rewards bad behaviour.

      Cons

      Culture is horrendous. Management/corporate/HR do not care about employees' wellbeing at all. When issues are raised the solution will always be to 'suck it up'.

      - There are plenty of very friendly and helpful members of the team who are very willing to support you despite time pressure - There is plenty of time for people to help you - Undergoing change to adapt to technological trends

      Cons

      - Some individuals were quite unfriendly - Gossip and unproductive actions/communications by some people go unchecked - A very narrow set of tasks
