      Ethical, Good attorneys to learn from, nice office space

      Cons

      Financial incentives focus on personal production, so limited incentive to develop practice. Zero strategy from management (very reactive vs proactive)

      It’s a job with a prestigious company that’s been in existence for many years.

      Unwelcoming, cliques, pressure, low raises, crummy benefits, not enough paid leave, discrimination

      Pros

      Great attorneys to work with! Work/life balance is okay - work stays at work, but the stress comes home with you.

      Cons

      Leadership couldn't care any less about employees. There is no flexibility. Bonuses and raises are minimal. Benefits only benefit individuals, not those with dependents.
