Pros

If you lived more than 40 miles from the office you can work from home 3 days out of the week, and are not required to come into the office

Cons

-Upper leadership is here to make coin and is willing to forgo culture for the sake of growth -Lack of transparency, lying, deceptive business practices, micromanagement(will use activtrak to change your timesheets without a conversation) -Took away unlimited PTO -Very disorganized -So much turnover, hard time keeping employees

Pros

The service advocates are kind. They deserve better.

Cons

I find it challenging to provide positive feedback about the leadership at this company. Unfortunately, the CEO and the entire leadership team have consistently demonstrated a lack of competence and integrity. There seems to be a disconnect between their statements and their actions, particularly regarding diversity and inclusion, promotions and transparency. Despite professing a commitment to these values, there appears to be little genuine understanding or effort to implement them effectively. Additionally, employees often feel undervalued and treated as mere numbers rather than individuals. The company’s purported culture seems to be a facade, as efforts to create a positive environment, such as occasional ice cream parties, do not align with the overall experience or address the underlying issues. This disparity between rhetoric and reality significantly impacts employee morale and trust. It's a real joke.
