FYI last year was 2018 ( did not have option) In my 30yr career I worked for many successful corporations and agencies. I was very impressed and touched at the same time to see the character in leadership displayed and evolved by ownership as they grew exponentially, not just to their customer base, also to their staff and employees. Each of the owners had their unique qualities that provided a success platform I would suggest any growing company to model. I seen them achieve many obstacles that many companies would collapse.under. They are definitely a role model for american industry. Provided good counsel, generosity, and integrety up until the end.
Cons
A strong work ethic required. Performance expectation here can be challenging for an individual mindset, they reward generously, and promote continuity in the workplace.
