Pros

It was great to work from home and keep your own hours. I worked for this company when it was USA Contact and Nexusop now Crownvoice for over 4 years. I was promoted from customer service to Recruiter which I loved. I was taken off this campaign because I did not work enough hours due to family issues I could not work many hours. So I was taken off this campaign. This is and independent contractor position you work when you want. I worked hard for this company and was committed but for a few weeks I couldn't put in the hours that I usually did and they took me off the campaign. I explained to them what was going on, they didn't want to hear. I was told to work on another campaign.

Cons

This company is not understanding of peoples lives or care to know there employees. Your there to do your job and get paid. They are too quick to let you go, they didn't even talk to me to see why I wasn't working. I went to them to explain they didn't want to hear it and the 4 years I was there was just forgotten about.

they do not communicate with their contractors at all about anything. This used to be USAContactpoint and they were great.
