Pros
Majority of the people, and a couple of managers, are great. They were the only reasons, outside of a paycheck, that kept me there as long as I did.
Cons
The rest of the personnal were truly unprofessional. It felt like high school all over again. If you're within someone's inner circle, you will excel. If not, they will do whatever they can to stifle your growth and create a false narrative about your work ethic, professionalism and character. We lost a couple of good ones last year, back to back, due to this kind of treatment. The CEO tries hard to be taken seriously but his sense of entitlement and superiority over everyone is toxic. The highest level of management are a bunch of "Yes Men" who care only for themselves and could care less about the people who make this company what it is. If you want experience, in order to bolster your resume, I still would not recommend this place. If you thrive within professional immaturity, you will go far within this company. I'm sure this review will have me painted as a disgruntled employee. I cannot change your mind but have utter faith in their ability to prove this criticism to be true.
