      Flexible work-life balance and the chance to get stuck in across the company to create impact.

      Startup/scaleup culture, which while not negative will be relevant if you like the various employee benefits of larger companies.

      Pros

      Great marketplace, great platform, great team. Very nice atmosphere and a diverse team. The office location in Shoreditch is also amazing because lunch in Box Park is a treat sometimes. Also, pizza and beer on Fridays means the weekends have a good start.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to buy your own milk for tea because it's a small team with no dedicated office admin.
