      Working Independently with a good support team. Trained as much as you wanted.

      They eliminated at home agents and wanted them to join into the merge either working under another agency or the purchase of a franchise.

      A lot of their materials are have failed to be updated like agent access to certain travel company booking sites and reject. Their franchise fee is not a good value. Their sales manager scheduled a new agent meeting, then failed to show.

      Covid 19 Pandemic, Salary is by Commission, Loss of commission when clients cancel after spending many hours planning their vacations or they decide to book it themselves, Vacation planning varies between super busy and very slow
